Results depend on factors we do not control, including your offer, audience, delivery, market conditions, and your sales process. We are responsible for the pipeline we build up to the booked call; closing sales is your responsibility. Any guarantees we offer, such as our launch-date guarantee, apply only as written in your client agreement.
4. Revenue Leak Calculator
The Revenue Leak Calculator provides an estimate based only on the numbers you enter. It is not financial, legal or business advice, and it is not a prediction of your actual results.
5. Revenue Leak Audit and calls
Booking a Revenue Leak Audit or any call does not create a client relationship or any obligation for either side. Any recommendations shared on a call are general guidance based on the information you provide. We may decline to work with anyone at our discretion.
6. Services, pricing and payment
Package descriptions on the Site are an overview only. Scope, timelines, pricing, payment terms, minimum terms and any guarantees are set out in your written proposal or agreement. Third-party costs, such as advertising spend paid to Meta and software subscriptions, are your responsibility unless your agreement says otherwise.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, designs, the Client Enrollment System name and branding, and the Weston Click name and logo, belongs to Weston Click or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify or republish Site content without written permission.
Ownership of work we create for clients is covered in the client agreement.
8. Third-party services and links
The Site uses and links to third-party services, such as Calendly for booking. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will always be available, secure or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weston Click will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100). Liability related to client services is governed by the client agreement.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Weston Click harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using the Site, you acknowledge it.
